1. Order Processing Time

All regular orders are processed and shipped within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.

 

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other external factors.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

            •          We use freight and parcel carriers suitable for large, heavy items.

            •          Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.

            •          Some large or custom orders may require a manual freight quote, which will be communicated before finalizing the order.

 

4. Tracking Information

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped, so you can monitor delivery progress.

 

5. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage:

            1.         Note the damage with the carrier at delivery when possible.

            2.         Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product.

            3.         Contact us within a reasonable time at info@puppyplayground.com with:

            •          Order number

            •          Photos of damage

            •          Description of the issue

We will review the claim and work with you on a replacement or resolution.

6. International Shipping

If you are located outside of the USA and Canada please email us at info@puppyplayground.com to request an international shipping quote. We frequently ship all over the world, but shipping rates are handled through a specialist 3rd party shipping agent to ensure the best price.
