Limited Warranty
Puppy Playground warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for the periods below, starting on the delivery date.
What's covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of new equipment bought directly from Puppy Playground.
What's not covered
- Chewing, bite or claw damage
- Misuse, abuse, or use beyond the product's intended purpose
- Improper cleaning, including muriatic acid, mixing cleaners, or heat damage
- Normal wear and tear, scuffs and color fading
- Connectors, gap fillers and other small parts
- Damage from modifications, drilling, or repairs not approved by us
- Freight damage not reported with photos promptly after delivery (note visible damage on the Estes delivery receipt before signing when you can)
How to make a claim

- Include your order number, purchase date, and clear photos of the defect.
- We review every claim and respond with next steps.
If a defect is covered, we will repair or replace the affected piece at our option. Replacement pieces ship from our plant in Ashtabula, OH.
Built to last, with your help
Our equipment often lasts up to 20 years. How long it lasts depends on how it's used and cared for, so durability is a shared responsibility. Supervise play, redirect heavy chewers, and clean as recommended:
- Daily: Kennelsol or a similar kennel disinfectant, or diluted bleach. Rinse with water.
- Degreasing: Dawn dish soap and a stiff brush, then rinse. Power washing is fine.
- Hard-water scale: CLR for about 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water. In hard-water areas, a water softener helps protect the equipment.
- Never: muriatic acid, or mixing cleaners (especially CLR with bleach). Use care with steam or very hot water.
Fine print
This warranty is our only express warranty and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent allowed by law. Our total responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the defective piece. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
